so, what's this site aid all about?

Every now and again you'll get to a point where you just can't see what the problem is with your site. It might be that you need something doing which is technical, or online forums just might not be cutting it. We'll take a look for you, and wherever possible fix it too.

Yes, OK, we don't do it for free like forum responders, but we will try to fix your problem for you within 24 hours. If we can't help, we will let you know as soon as humanly possible and we won't charge you a penny.

We can understand that you might not want to post your code online, which is why we always provide a 100% confidential service to all our customers, not just for those of you who use our site-aid service. We have people who eat, drink and sleep code who will be able to see where your problem is and they'll get your site back on it's feet as quickly as possible - more often than not in under 24 hours (OK, we lied when we said that our coders actually sleep).

this sounds too good to be true

We'll admit that it does sound too good to be true, but it's not. It's something that our director wished for when he started out coding at the tender age of 12 (but at that age he thought it could be a free service!). OK, that's the catch, there's a cost involved. But other than that, it's exactly how it reads.
