We don't insist on being plied with reams and reams of information to populate your site with. We can make a website that works from just a few details.
Take the Pontyclun Mazda website for example. We popped over to see them, spent 15 minutes there getting a grip of their needs, had the logo sent to us and the key points they wanted to get over. We then went away, designed the site and came back with our ideas. Once these were okayed then we went about populating the site with content. After a couple of e-mails refining what was needed they were ready to launch.

For starters, you get get a direct contact e-mail address specifically for your company. This means if someone isn't at work your e-mail can be dealt with quicker than having a single point-of-contact. It may be the same person who deals with your requests all the way through, but if they aren't there, someone will reply to you as soon as possible.
After launch you get free bug fixing - if we've delivered you a site with bugs in it, we'll fix 'em for free. Similarly, if there's a function that you'd like adding, let us know and we'll help you get them added in.

we don't use templates
One thing that we've noticed is that a lot of companies who charge a similar amount to us (and in some cases considerably more), will use something called a template. A template means that a lot of their sites will look the same and they can guarentee quick turn-rounds.
This is something that we never ever do. We develop each and every site from scratch. That is a promise. We can also achieve a quick turn-around, but we have a team who can work tirelessly to get you online in a way which creates your site in a way which fits your brand, without having to fit your brand to a template.
